Dual fan switching three-way

It is the core supporting structure of FBD mining explosion-proof counter rotating local ventilation fan. To summarize its function in one sentence: to achieve automatic switching between the main fan and the backup fan, and to ensure continuous air flow in the underground working face throughout the entire switching process.

Built in wind pressure driven swing check baffle, relying on wind pressure to independently complete air duct opening and closing, without the need for electric actuators or electronic control signal linkage. When the main fan is running, the baffle self-locking seals the backup air duct to prevent backflow of air flow and fan rushing for air; When the main fan malfunctions and shuts down or undergoes regular maintenance, the standby fan starts, and the air pressure pushes the baffle to automatically change direction, seamlessly receiving air supply and eliminating the risk of gas accumulation caused by the interruption of air supply during the switching gap.
