Classification and Process Application

The ordinary fixed axial flow fan (T35-11) provides ventilation for factory buildings, workshops, and warehouses, with clean air at room temperature and the highest cost-effectiveness.

Adjustable blade axial flow fan (large industrial model) shutdown/online adjustment of blade angle to change air volume and pressure; Cooling towers, air-cooled islands, and large kilns have good energy-saving effects.

The high-temperature axial flow fan (W-T35) can transport 200-400 ℃ high-temperature flue gas, for kiln cooling, fire exhaust, and hot air in heat treatment furnaces.

Explosion proof axial flow fan (BT35) for paint room, lithium battery workshop, gas environment, conveying flammable and explosive gases, equipped with explosion-proof motor, anti-static.

Fiberglass anti-corrosion axial flow fan (FT35) is resistant to acid and alkali waste gas from pickling and electroplating workshops, and is also resistant to water vapor corrosion.

Compared to centrifugal fans: high axial airflow and low pressure; Suitable for exhaust scenarios with short pipelines and low resistance; The working conditions with many bends and high resistance in the pipeline are not suitable for axial flow, and centrifugal flow should be selected.
