Working principle

Centrifugal structure, impeller rotation works on gas to increase pressure and achieve long-distance transportation; The system is equipped with a reflux anti surge pipeline to avoid the danger zone of surge and ensure stable operation under low flow conditions.

Whole machine structure

Horizontal split steel plate welded casing+rear curved high-efficiency impeller+intake chamber+shaft end seal+bearing box+common base

Impeller: Rear curved blades, less prone to dust accumulation; Ordinary gas Q345, using 304 stainless steel for sulfur-containing corrosion conditions; Factory G4 high-precision dynamic balancing; Dust containing conditions can be used for wear-resistant welding.

Shaft seal (of utmost importance): labyrinth+carbon ring composite seal, high-pressure working condition with nitrogen blowing protection seal, blocking gas leakage to prevent air from infiltrating the casing and forming explosive mixed gas.

Bearing system: sliding bearings+thin oil lubrication, large units are equipped with thin oil stations and high-level oil tanks; Embedded temperature and vibration sensors for online monitoring of bearings.

The shell is equipped with a sewage outlet and a condensate discharge valve, which can regularly discharge tar and condensate produced from coal gas.
